How to applyCAREERS AT PATHWAYS
Remote psychotherapy work with flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the support of an Ohio practice.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Start part-time and grow as referrals and your availability allow.
Pathways Counseling & Consultation LLC is preparing to add an independently licensed Ohio clinician on a contract basis. You set your schedule and decide how many clients you want to carry.
Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy by telehealth to adults located in Ohio. Clinical concerns include anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, substance use, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, and general stress.
WHAT PATHWAYS PROVIDES
Practice referrals matched to clinical fit. Start part-time and grow as referral volume and your availability allow.
Credentialing and billing through Headway, plus administrative support for scheduling, reminders, and client messages.
EHR and telehealth access, with clinical consultation when you want it.
COMPENSATION
Start at 60% of collected session revenue. Compensation is reviewed at the end of each full calendar quarter. Average at least 20 confirmed sessions per week during that quarter to receive 65% for the following quarter. If the average is below 20, the rate for the following quarter is 60%.
This is a compensation threshold. You choose your caseload size; there is no required minimum caseload.
Payment is based on revenue actually received by the practice, with twice-monthly payments. Reimbursement varies by payer and the clinician’s contracted rates.
Compensation terms are subject to the final contractor agreement. A confirmed session is one confirmed in Headway and eligible for payment.
CLINICAL & CULTURAL FIT
Part of our work is culturally responsive care for Jewish clients, including sensitivity to antisemitism and the role Israel and Zionism may play in clients’ identities, relationships, and experiences.
We welcome clinicians of any background who can support clients with respect, curiosity, and clinical care. The practice also serves a broad general caseload. The practice is affiliated with Gesher Community Care and The Jewish Therapist Collective.
Training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, motivational interviewing, trauma treatment, or substance use treatment is welcome.
